Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items 

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the item included free shipping initially, the return shipping still must be paid by you.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused during return transit. Please package your return carefully.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and a description so we can resolve the issue promptly.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. This means you may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt—no justification required.

Conditions still apply: the item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original, and place a new order after your return is accepted.
